Eddie Oyakhilome

Founder & President

Eddie, a former English Premier League soccer player in England and Italy, has extensive and diverse business experience in technology  ranging from technical support to project management.

Eddie Oyakhilome, started playing soccer at the age of 5 in his native  country Nigeria. He went on to play for the Nigerian U17 and U19 Youth National team. Member of the Nigerian 1985 U17 World Cup Winning  team in China PR

e  signed professional at the age of 16 with Colchester United and later  moved on to play for clubs  like West Ham UTD, Barnet, Barkingside FC, Leyton Orient FC in England  and on loan at Lazio FC. Eddie serves the community by helping develop  youth soccer programs for kids to enhance their athletic skills. Eddie  owns the US and BFUT Brazil International Level 2 and Level 3 Coaching License

Played at New Hampshire College on a Full Scholarship and earned his  Bachelor’s degree in computer science and Master’s degree in business.He has partnered with local YMCA and Boys Scout of Tampa Bay to volunteer  his time to provide soccer clinics to the kids. Coached at various youth clubs in New Hampshire before moving to Florida.

Prior to becoming President and CEO of EJJE Inc., he worked in senior  positions with Nortel Networks as a Certified Support Specialist for  more than 10 years. Using his vast experience in network and systems  integration, Eddie’s diplomatic leadership has empowered diverse groups  to achieve common goals. He is an innovative and industrious achiever  with a highly creative and detail oriented mind. He is a motivated  self-starter, with high ethics, dedication, competence and confidence,  underscored by a personal commitment to outstanding performance.

Eddie is an energetic team player, eager to learn, meet new challenges and  assimilate new concepts and ideas quickly. He is highly enthusiastic and focused on getting the job done on time and on budget. Eddie lives in  Lutz, Florida and is the father of two children.

Richard W. Chaptini
As president and founder of Berich, LLC, Richard Chaptini began his professional career after graduating in business  from Universite St. Joseph in Beirut, Lebanon.Over his life, Richard  worked, lived and studied in the Middle East, Europe and North America  which contributed to a diversified professional career over many years  in international business and cultural advisor.Richard’s field  experience paired with his analytical personality and intellectual  competence provides the company with mature insights highly respected in the community and sought out at business and social levels.Richard  continues to serve the community as a cultural advisor for large  organizations and lectures on Middle Eastern culture and Non Verbal  Communication.

Richard’s 25 years of professional experience stems from international sales and  business development, collaborative cross-cultural training and research projects and strategic business planning.He is fluent in Arabic,  English, and French and speaks good Italian and Spanish. has developed  the “Tri-dimensional politicsâ€� theory and in the process of developing  the “opacity index.â€� Both his theory and index proved to be key elements in human interaction across cultures. Richard’s interests include  international travel, developing his understanding of other cultures,  socializing, swimming and reading
