Jennifer Neel Chase
Born and raised in Cincinnati Ohio for 27 years, Jennifer attended the University of Cincinnati’s College of Nursing and Health and obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing in 1996. Jennifer moved to the Tampa Bay area in 1999 and currently lives in Pasco County’s Wesley Chapel. She has been an RN for the past 14 years, specializing in the field of hospice and palliative care medicine. She has worked for a local bay-area Hospice organization for the past 7 years, dedicating her life to caring for terminally-ill patients, many of whom are in the actively-dying stages of life. Jennifer grew up playing soccer, and is single mom to an 11-year old daughter who has played recreational soccer for the past 6 years. Jennifer has volunteered much of her time to either coaching or team-managing during this time. Jennifer is a strong supporter of youth soccer and believes all children should have an opportunity to explore their athletic potentials.
